Personal care products like cosmetics, including wet wipes, cannot be returned once the pack has been opened due to issues of contamination and hygiene. However, returns of Earthika India are currently accepted only in the following cases:
Where the product has been exposed due to the packing being damaged or defective
Wrong shipping – Wrong product was inadvertently delivered to you.
Replacement and/or a refund request will be considered if registered within 48 hours of delivery.
